We decided to go for a drive to the beach today. We left mid-day so it wasn't a swimsuit-get all wet type of visit, but Kyle had fun playing in the sand and running from the waves.
*The sky wasn't as clear as it normally would be due to the fires, but it was a nice change of temperature.

Did the fires come near your home? I know that they were in your area a few years back. That has to be scary!
